Straight from the Kitchens of the Saucy Spice Co. Our hand blended spice mixes contain no fillers, no preservatives, no anti-caking agents or other additives of any kind and they are gluten free.
Middle Eastern Twist is a spice blend for all red meat but is especially good with lamb. Ideal as a marinade for Lebanese style kebabs. 2 tablespoons of spice blend and 1/4 cup of oil and the juice of half a lemon will be sufficient marinade for 500g of meat.
